WTS attracts, sustains, connects, and advances women’s careers to strengthen the transportation industry. Oates Associates Project Manager Michelle Spillers has been involved with WTS since 2006. She is currently the Immediate Past President of the WTS St. Louis chapter and was recently appointed as a representative on the WTS Central Region Council. As a member of the Central Region Council, Michelle will help coordinate with the surrounding 10 chapters to share best-practices, leverage programming and continue to advocate for women in the industry.
