West Meyer Road will be reconstructed and widened from North Point Prairie Road to the bridge over an unnamed tributary to McCoy Creek.  Improvements include new pavement and widening to 3 lanes, ADA compliant sidewalks and multi-use trail, and inlets and storm sewers.  The reconstruction creates a safer corridor that eliminates substandard curves and poor sight distance.  The widening increases capacity for commercial and residential growth as well community events at Rotary Park, such as the St. Charles County Fair.  The ADA compliant sidewalks and trail provide connectivity for residents to the park.
