Oates Associates is working with the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) to provide stormwater improvements in various watersheds throughout St. Louis County. Over 30 individual stormwater complaints are being investigated. The team is working with MSD and residents to develop solutions that correct the issues by using practical solutions. The full scope of work includes survey and easement preparation services, detailed hydraulic and hydrologic design, and preparing the necessary plans and specifications for the construction of the proposed improvements.
