Sev-Rend Manufacturing Facility

Sev-Rend, a packaging manufacturing company, decided to move its operations from downtown St. Louis, Missouri to Collinsville, Illinois due to the land value in Illinois, among other factors. Their new building and corporate headquarters features office space and manufacturing facilities, including room to allow for expansion.

Oates Associates provided surveying services and site design for the construction of the 45,000 square foot facility. Our work included property and topographic survey and design of the employee parking lot, truck dock, utility extensions, and the storm water management system.
