Gateway Commerce Center

Oates Associates provided preliminary and final design services for this 80-acre parcel between Chain of Rocks Road and Interstate 270. Our conceptual plan laid out an internal access road, utilities and drainage design. Drainage design in this low-lying flood-prone area presented a significant challenge to our design team.

Improvement plans were prepared in two phases for approximately 5,000 feet of road, water and sewer mains and drainage / detention facilities. We also prepared applicable permits and provided construction observation and testing.
