Eastport Business Center is a result of the Eastport Plaza Development, which is comprised of multiple phases to construct several buildings. Each building is being constructed on an as need basis, in turn creating a rapidly growing office park.
Oates Associates provided site design services for this 21-acre, 5-lot subdivision in Eastport Plaza. Our services included property and topographic surveys; preparation of a subdivision plat; roadway, drainage and utility design for the entire development; and site design for individual lots.
A 58,000 square foot office-warehouse facility marked the first development in the Center. Additions to the Center include two office-warehouse facilities and executive office buildings.
