Oates Associates is happy to introduce Ben Miller and Ryan Gueldener. Both Ben and Ryan joined Oates Associates as interns in 2018 and came onboard full-time as entry-level engineers in 2019. They provide flexibility to support the firm’s Transportation and Facilities Group.
Ben graduated from the University of Arkansas and Ryan from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, both earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Ben has assisted with the replacement of water valves and hydrants across a university campus, dam inspections, sanitary and storm sewer upgrades and parking lot improvements. Ryan has been involved with a variety of assignments, from bridge related drafting, ADA transition plan data gathering, construction inspection assistance, and parking lot and site development tasks.
