The City of Arnold’s Public Works Department is currently sharing a facility with Health and Animal Control and has expressed a need to move into their own building.
The Public Works Department will be relocating from their current location to an existing 4,500 square foot building adjacent to their current offices. The building, Arnold’s former City Hall, will undergo an extensive interior renovation, including replacement of the HVAC system. The newly designed facility will include offices, meeting space, locker rooms, restrooms and lunch room for field staff. Sustainable elements will be incorporated into the project where feasible. The project also includes a separate bid package for the roof replacement of 3 adjacent buildings located on the same site.
