The City of Arnold’s Public Works Department was sharing a facility with Health and Animal Control and expressed a need to move into their own building. The Public Works Department relocated to a 4,500 square foot building adjacent to their former offices. The building, Arnold’s former City Hall, underwent an extensive interior renovation, including replacement of the HVAC system. The newly designed facility includes offices, meeting space, locker rooms, restrooms and lunch room for field staff. Sustainable elements were incorporated into the project where feasible. The project also included a separate bid package for the roof replacement of 3 adjacent buildings located on the same site.
