Mr. Hagerty has been with the firm since 1991 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. His responsibilities include finance, accounting, project accounting and manpower management, human resources and business development.

Joe has also been involved with right of way negotiations on the reconstruction of Spring Street in Collinsville, the reconstruction of West Country Lane in Collinsville and Poplar Street Reconstruction in Highland, consisting of over 40 right-of-way and easement acquisitions.
