Mr. Goepfert is Principal Transportation Engineer for Oates Associates. He is responsible for the firm’s municipal street and storm sewer projects in Illinois. Mr. Goepfert has over 25 years experience in survey planning, design operation and construction of municipal road projects ranging in complexity from street resurfacing to new roads on new alignments. He is familiar with the requirements of federal, state and local funding agencies.
