Mr. Schreckenberg is a project manager / engineer primarily concentrating in structural design, including bridge and building projects. He is also experienced in the hydraulic analysis of floodplain crossings and roadside drainage facilities. For the firm’s continuing services agreement with Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Mr. Schreckenberg provides structural design services for a multitude of projects across their campus.
